Our Diagnosis
Condensing Unit End of Life
Compressor motor seized — beyond repair. Unit was 14 years old, running on R-404A. Evaporator (Bohn) inside the walk-in was in serviceable condition. Decision: replace condensing unit, keep the evaporator.

What We Did
Rooftop Condenser Swap
Sourced a matching condensing unit locally. Crane-lifted the old unit off the roof and the new one into position. Connected refrigerant lines, pressure-tested, evacuated, and charged. Serviced the Bohn evaporator.
